Stratum Med, Inc., incorporated in 1996, is a collaborative alliance of physician-owned and health system-employed physician groups that have come together to leverage cost savings through aggregation and to provide a platform for networking and shared learning. Shareholders are located in Illinois, Iowa, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri and Wisconsin. Stratum has selectively added Shareholders and “Clients” and now consists of 15 owners in addition to approximately 80 clients located throughout the country.

Since 1998, Stratum’s recruitment division has successfully placed healthcare executives and leaders with nationally recognized organizations. Stratum Recruitment effectively identifies and recruits professionals for permanent positions in various health care settings, including medical groups, hospitals, individual physician practices and academic medical centers, by providing a specialized, boutique-style service that ensures our clients are able to locate, hire and retain top industry talent.
