Company Profile
Santa Cruz Community Health Centers
Company Overview
The Santa Cruz Community Health Centers began as a women’s health collective in 1974 with the mission of providing high quality health services and advocating the feminist goals of social, political, and economic equality.
Now, 40 years later, we serve that same mission as a nonprofit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) operating two separate sites: the Santa Cruz Women’s Health Center in downtown Santa Cruz serving women and children; and our new East Cliff Family Health Center in Live Oak, serving everyone.
We take a whole person approach to care, providing comprehensive family practice, pediatrics, fully integrated behavioral health, prenatal, health education, and complementary and alternative medicine services.
We continue to honor our roots through our commitment to health care as a human right that defies economic station, social class, race, sexual orientation, or any other factor.
