Grace Family Health has been serving the Temecula Murrieta area in the beautiful Southern California Wine Country for the last 13+ years.

We are a team of family physicians providing a full spectrum of primary care to include men, women, children, seniors, and teens, offering preventive care services as well as acute and chronic disease management. Onsite we offer X-Rays, ultrasound, laboratory and connected urgent care.
Our goal is to optimize health by treating the whole person, in the most compassionate way with convenient same-day access. We seek to empower each patient to achieve and maintain a healthy and active lifestyle, utilizing technology and nutrition to improve metabolism and thereby optimizing health.

Company History
Grace Family Health was founded in 2010 by Medical Director, Lily Phillips, MD. Dr. Phillips is a graduate of UCLA, she received MD from USC, Keck School of Medicine, and completed family medicine residency at Loma Linda University Medical Center in 2000. Having experienced various practice models including private practice, Kaiser, and Public Health (FQHC) she set out to create comprehensive outpatient primary care model with the ideals of a Patient Centered Medical Home. As the practice grew we now operate in 3 offices in 3 nearby cities since 2018, with Murrieta being the headquarters, with an affiliated urgent care (Murrieta Express Care) at this location that was added in 2015.
