Duncan Medical Associates is a forward thinking , technologically advanced small group medical practice. We were chosen by AAFP as one of 32 clinics to particpate in the Patient Centered Medical Home National Demonstration Project (TransForMed). Level III NCQA Medical Home Applicant. We have used Centricity EMR since 2002, and have a patient portal. One of our family physicians retired about 6 months ago, and another is moving to be closer to family in May. We also have one OB-Gyn physician. Duncan is located 30 miles east of Lawton, 75 miles SW of Oklahoma City and 130 miles NW of Dallas-Ft Worth. Company History
Chris Herndon MD and Jeff Jones MD, both 1979 FP residency graduates have worked together since 1989, forming Duncan Medical Associates. Stacie Herndon Elfrink, OB-Gyn joined DMA in August 2009 at the completion of her training. We currently have two mid-level providers, and a third will start work in February 2011. We provide in office ETT's, bone density studies, allergy skin testing, digital Xray and lab. Duncan Medical Aesthetics is a full medical spa, with 3 state of the art Candela lasers, botox, fillers, and prescription skin care lines. We need another FP starting in June 2011 to assume care for a full practice panel of patients.
Benefits
4 1/2 day work week. Light call. Hospital work and OB optional. No weekend clinic work. Base salary $180,000-190,000 with production incentive bonus.
