St. Peters Health Partners, is recruiting a full-time Family Medicine Physician for Ellis Primary Care located in Glenville, NY. This is an exciting opportunity to join an existing outpatient practice with a very strong patient demand and hospital affiliated practice support. 

Ellis Primary Care offers a full range of health care services for the entire family, including: routine pediatric exams; adolescent medicine; routine adult and geriatric health care (including annual physicals for health maintenance, work, school or insurance); care for illness, injury and chronic medical conditions; and preventive immunizations and precautionary inoculations, as well as cancer screening and promotion of a healthy lifestyle.

Call Rotation is 1 full week every 3-4 weeks and rotating Holidays.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• NYS licensure
• DEA
