Sacred Medicine Clinic, Dr Kelly Fitzpatrick is looking for a Full Time Naturopathic Physician to take over a Family Medicine, OHP practice in 2026.  This is the “winterizing” of my practice from the last 25 years and a desire to have a clinician interested in taking over this family care institution for the continuity and care of the patients.  I hope to solicit a licensed practitioner who can become credentialed with OHP Medicaid, mentor this practitioner during a transitional period of 1-3 months and in 2026 have this practitioner take over the full OHP practice as Primary Care Provider.  Please send your resume and letter of intent to Sacred Medicine, 132 E Broadway Suite 410, Eugene, OR 97401 by March 31st, 2025.

LICENSED AS NATUROPATHIC PHYSICIAN IN STATE OF OREGON

AVAILABLE TO MENTOR  1-3 MONTHS IN 2025 AND TAKE OVER THIS PRACTICE IN 2026

OHP CREDENTIALLED AS PRIMARY CARE PROVIDER; MAY NEED A RESIDENCY TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR PCP STATUS.

SKILLED IN BUSINESS MANAGEMENT OR WILLING TO DO THE WORK TO LEARN ABOUT RUNNING YOUR PRACTICE AND

TAKE ON THE RESPONSIBILITY OF A FULL TIME FAMILY MEDICAL PRACTICE.
