An established health system in Minnesota is actively recruiting family medicine or internal medicine physicians for multiple practice locations across the state. These full-scope roles offer the opportunity to practice a rewarding mix of outpatient, inpatient, and ER medicine, or opt for outpatient-only depending on the site.

Position Highlights:

• Base salary up to $350,000, depending on site and scope
• $100-150k 'Incentive/retention loans', based on the area and type of practice
• Traditional primary care settings - mix of clinic, inpatient, and ER (site-dependent)
• Option for outpatient-only practice in select locations
• Supportive teams with experienced APPs and subspecialty outreach
• Reasonable call schedules with many sites offering 4-day work weeks
